My Raspberry Pi 2B+ no longer sets its static IP, no longer responds to ssh requests. (I even used nmap to scan my network for hosts, then tried to ssh into each.)

Did I want to blast the SD card and fresh install? Heck no. Does it look like I have to if I want the box back? Uh, yeah.

@thraeryn (inventing a new cyber hell for you) can you image the sad card and boot it in qemu? (Is that a thing that works off the shelf?)


😅 not today? Honestly, it's likely going to be easiest for me to grab a few files from the card, put 'em on my desktop, and move them back over once I get a fresh install running.
