My new keyboard arrived.

I took it out, unwrapped it, and messed around with it a little to see how it feels.

Now it's back in its box, bc if I connect it to the computer, I will feel obligated to do something with it 😕.

but hey. I bought the damn thing. If I leave it in its box for a month, 🤷🏼‍♂️. I am not obligated, actually, to spend my days justifying this purchase to myself or others.

I did not buy a keyboard because of some overblown, threatened consequence from a steam-age novel.

I didn't even buy it to Make Good Music.

I bought it to *learn more* about making good music.

That's the idea I have to pull to center.

Make noises that amuse you.

Enjoy the experience, when you are ready.

I am very happy for you!
