This evokes similar feels to the "hey I can do a couple more more chin ups now...but oh yeah I also weigh less now so..." that I have recently had


@msh I'm using a Fitbit to monitor my heart rate and estimated calorie expenditure,

and every day, I watch my time in different heart rate zones go down, calories burned during my workout go down, even after only two days at a new intensity level.

It's a bit maddening. I'm glad I AM upping my workout time/intensity, or I'd hit a pretty endless plateau.
