bad mood 

I'm not having the easiest day. C can have some real troubles communicating when she gets frustrated, causing build-ups and leading to explosive venting, . . . eventually.

Things go best if I'm calm-ish during those times.

After, I'm left with a C that feels much better and my own emotional stink pile that I have to muck and shovel clear. Some times it's easy; others, it's not.

Having one of the "not" days right now, and I'm unsure what to do about it.
